This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which MA Digiworld (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”) offers refunds and accepts service cancellations. This Policy applies to all Clients (“you”, “your”) who engage MA Digiworld for any of the services we provide, including but not limited to digital marketing, website development, content creation, consulting, and graphic/UI/UX design.

1. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

1.1: Client-Initiated Cancellation
If the Client wishes to cancel any ongoing service or project, a written notice must be submitted to MA Digiworld at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the intended cancellation date.

1.2: Failure to Provide Notice
Failure to provide at least fifteen (15) days’ notice will result in the Client being billed for the following service cycle or milestone, at the sole discretion of MA Digiworld.

1.3: Mode of Cancellation
Cancellations must be communicated formally via email to: sales@madigiworld.com. Verbal, social media, or messaging app notices shall not be considered valid.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

2.1: Advance Payments
Clients who have made advance payments and subsequently cancel the service with due notice (as per Clause 1.1) may be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds will be calculated after deducting:

  1. The cost of all completed deliverables up to the date of cancellation, and
  2.  Pro-rata charges for work already performed, and
  3. Any third-party charges, taxes, or platform fees that were incurred in the course of delivering the service.

 

2.2: Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:

  1. Payments made for services that have already been fully rendered or delivered,
  2. Third-party platform charges (e.g., advertisement spend on Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.),
  3. Creative assets, strategy documents, or code already shared with the Client,
  4. Consultation sessions or strategic meetings already held,
  5. Custom software or website development work initiated based on Client approval.

 

2.3: Partial Project Refunds
In the event of a project being terminated midway due to mutual agreement, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed, after deducting administrative costs, resource allocations, and opportunity cost.

3. SERVICE SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION BY MA DIGIWORLD

MA Digiworld reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service in the event of:

  • Non-payment or excessive delay in payments,
  • Repeated violations of terms and conditions,
  • Abuse of staff or communication channels,
  • Any illegal or unethical use of services.

 

In such cases, no refunds shall be issued, and the Client shall remain liable for all
outstanding payments.

4. REFUND PROCESSING

4.1: Timeframe
Eligible refunds, once approved by MA Digiworld’s management, shall be processed within fourteen (14) business days from the date of refund approval.

4.2: Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed. Any transaction or bank processing fees shall be borne by the Client.

5. FORCE MAJEURE

MA Digiworld shall not be liable to refund or compensate for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, technical failures, or government-imposed restrictions.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a refund or cancellation matter becomes disputed, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Failing such resolution, the matter shall be escalated under the dispute resolution clause provided in our Terms and Conditions.

7. AMENDMENTS TO POLICY

MA Digiworld reserves the right to revise this Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version of this Policy will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
